What were the job roles in your interview team?

{what did each involve, what role did i do & how did i do?}

My interview team involved myself, Martyna Smoniewska and Delfina Kulakovska. I took on the role of vision mixer which involves switching between the three cameras we had available while sat in the production gallery next door to the studio and choosing what the viewer is able to see. I feel that I did a good job with it being my first time in the gallery, although there is always room for improvement regarding y intuition of when to move to another camera. . Delfina had the job of floor manager and camera two operator, this involved communicating to the other people in the room any instructions that I as vision mixer had for them. For example, I may ask camera two to move up slightly or camera three to move down. Delfina's job also involved counting down to the interview when I as vision mixer told her through her headset that we were ready. Martyna was the interviewer, she was in charge of welcoming our guest, Leigh Ellis, and then going on to interview Leigh with the questions we had prepared as a group. Martyna had a difficult task being the first group to have gone in the studio, as well as this being her first time in front of the camera. Martyna had to build on Leigh's answers with her intuition and develop the questions regarding the answers he gave to previous questions.

Audio Mixing Desk: This is available to the audio mixer, it allows them to make sure everyone using the mics is at the same volume and that the mics are working.
